We warmly welcome our students/pupils back to school for the third term as they resume on Tuesday, 2nd of May, 2023. We want to take a moment to thank you for your continued support and partnership. We appreciate your commitment to your wards’ qualitative education by enrolling them with us.
We are excited to announce that we have finalized all plans for resumption. Indeed, we have set out to achieve greater than we achieved in the previous term. It will please you to know that the management and the staff alike have been working assiduously to ensure that our facilities are ready to receive our students, and all necessary measures have been put in place to ensure a more safe and conducive learning environment.
As your wards resume another exciting learning experience, we would like to reiterate the need for prompt payment of the school fees. This is the oil that fuels our engine. Also, we implore you to pay on time the fees required for the school bus shuttle. The deadline slated for this payment is the 10th of May, 2023. Parents should ensure that their wards get to the specific location points in time for conveyance. This is to avoid them missing any part of the morning assembly. We also implore parents that come to convey their wards after closing hours to also do this on time. Children should be picked up from school at most 45mins to 1hr after school closing time in the worst-case scenario.
Please note that the school policy requires that all fees be paid before the start of each term. This policy has been put in place to ensure that we can continue to provide quality education and maintain our facilities to the highest standards.
In light of this, we kindly request that you make the necessary arrangements to pay the required fees at the scheduled time. This is important as it would enable us to avoid any disruptions to your wards’ learning experience and ensure a smooth start to the term.
We also want to implore you to ensure that your wards appear neat, sharp, and smart. We shall no longer tolerate the unkempt appearance of any students/pupils.
We wish to state further that you ensure that your ward is punctual to school every morning. Henceforth, no excuses would be tolerated for the lateness of any student/pupil. We are committed to building “total” learners—neat appearance and punctuality are key embodiments of the “total child”.
